1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SecureBeats ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

SecureBeats is a platform that allows music producers and artists to securely share audio files (beats, songs, demos) through private, time-limited streaming links. The Service provides secure streaming, link management, and listener analytics.

3. User Responsibility

As a user of SecureBeats, you are responsible for:

• Account security — You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
• Content you upload — You are solely responsible for all audio content you upload to the platform. You must have the legal right to upload and share any content.
• Link sharing — You control who receives your sharing links. SecureBeats is not responsible for links that are forwarded to unintended recipients.
• Accurate information — You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and not to impersonate others.
• Compliance with laws — You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws when using the Service.

5. Prohibited Content

You may not upload or share content that:

• Infringes copyright — content you do not have the right to share, including unauthorized remixes, samples, or covers without proper clearance
• Is illegal — content that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Contains malware — files that contain viruses, trojans, or other harmful code disguised as audio
• Promotes violence or hate — audio content promoting violence, harassment, or discrimination against any individual or group
• Is non-audio content — the platform is designed for audio files only; uploading non-audio content is prohibited

SecureBeats reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms and to terminate accounts of repeat offenders without notice.

6. Service Limitations & Data Retention

• Maximum file size: 100MB per upload
• Supported formats: MP3, WAV
• Data Retention: ALL uploaded audio files and links are subject to a strict maximum retention period of 3 days (72 hours). All files are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers after this time limit.
• Rate limiting: 50 requests per minute per IP
• The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind

7. Security Disclaimer

While SecureBeats employs multiple security measures (server-proxied streaming, signed URLs, listen limits, rate limiting) to protect your audio content, no digital streaming solution can guarantee 100% prevention of unauthorized copying. SecureBeats is designed to make casual downloading difficult and to track all access, but determined individuals with technical tools may still capture the audio stream. SecureBeats is not liable for such unauthorized capture.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon account deletion, your uploaded files and associated data will be permanently removed.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the platform. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
